DESCRIPTION
Delicate aromas of honeycomb and dried fig, this sake has a dynamic, dry and crisp finish with long lasting beautiful umami aftertaste. The recommended drinking temperature is slightly chilled, but it can also be served warmed or at room temperature. It is great when partnered with matured cheese and sweet soy based dishes. It was awarded the IWC Junmai Trophy - the top Junmai in the IWC in 2021.
